Chasing a huge target of 273 runs, Delhi team was all out for 166 in 17.2 overs. Varun Chakraborty and Vaibhav Arora took three wickets each while Mitchell Starc took two wickets. For Delhi, captain Rishabh Pant (55 in 25 balls, four fours, five sixes) and Tristan Stubbs (54 in 32 balls, four fours, four sixes) scored half-centuries. Seven DC players could not reach double figures. Axar Patel, Abhishek Porel and Mitchell Marsh were out for zero. David Warner scored 18 runs and Prithvi Shaw scored 10 runs.
Earlier, after winning the toss, KKR scored 272 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. This is the second highest score in IPL history.
